We accept payment by Cash, Cheque, Debit or Credit Card or on invoice terms. Please be aware that for first time customers, we do require payment to be cleared before any services are undertaken. We provide invoice terms to our regular clients, who we have established a long working relationship with. Our service is operated onsite or by remote support. For onsite call outs, we do not charge a call out fee if our services are accepted, which can be done in person or once further investigation is completed. If you decide not to accept our services, we do charge a minimum call out fee of £25 including VAT to cover our time and initial consultation.
